Paul White is a highly experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a strong background in both clinical practice and higher education. With over a decade of experience in mental health counseling, substance use recovery, and education, Paul combines his expertise in clinical therapy with a passion for teaching and training the next generation of counselors.

Paul holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling and Psychology from Cambridge College, where he focused on school adjustment and mental health counseling. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Eugene Lang College, with a minor in Education, which has given him a unique perspective on the therapeutic process and the power of communication in counseling.

Paul has extensive clinical experience. He has worked with diverse populations in various settings, including private practice, community-based recovery services, and mental health counseling. Paul has specialized in substance use disorder treatment, counseling individuals in recovery and facilitating family support groups. Currently, Paul teaches graduate-level courses in Career Development, Psychological Testing and Research Interpretation and Evaluation. He has also taught courses in psychopathology and field experience supervision for counseling students. Additionally, he has held various leadership positions in the field including as lead clinician and a board member for separate non-profit organizations that provided services to individuals in the community.
