Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (òòò½Ö±²¥PDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all òòò½Ö±²¥ departments. The purpose of the òòò½Ö±²¥PDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the òòò½Ö±²¥ postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of òòò½Ö±²¥

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the òòò½Ö±²¥ community

To provide liaison between òòò½Ö±²¥ postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The òòò½Ö±²¥PDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the òòò½Ö±²¥PDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members’ original and independent scholarly work.
