Beta Software

òòò½Ö±²¥ ITS does not support beta software and does not recommend using beta software as your primary operating system or for software that is critical for you.

Get selected software, such as Microsoft 365 (formerly Microsoft Office) and research software. Certain downloads may be restricted and require authorization.

Ìý

Securely access certain licensed software applications on the òòò½Ö±²¥ Application Server (òòò½Ö±²¥ Apps) that were once only available on òòò½Ö±²¥ lab computers.

Hardware

Computer repair is available for both òòò½Ö±²¥-owned and personally-owned computers.

For òòò½Ö±²¥-owned warranty and non-warranty computers and printers: ITS covers the cost of repairs.

Ìý

òòò½Ö±²¥CR is the Boston College Computer Replacement Program. Through the program, eligible faculty and staff computers are replaced every four years.

Ìý

A service to utilize existing òòò½Ö±²¥ computers more efficiently. Departments can exchange older computers for recently retired (but newer) òòò½Ö±²¥CR computers.
